THE PRINCIPLE OF BEANZER
beanzer moves the beans inside a heated tube. The tube is narrow and ensures a very homogeneous roast climate. The temperature is measured in midst the beans, giving an exact reading of the current temperature.
As a contact roaster with a slow airstream, the roast process is very quiet. Each crack is easy to hear and is also registered by the process controller, marking all cracks in the time display.
SOFTWARE TO PLAN YOUR ROAST
What makes beanzer so unique is its rich set of controls and sensors.
Roast temperatures range up to 300ºC, time and temperature are precisely controlled as programmed in your roast-recipe.
First crack is automatically identified and marked in the browser roast diagram, perfect to fine-tune and optimize your roast profile.
Roast programs can also be run directly from the machine with no computer connection.
Once the process is finished, beanzer discharges the roast into a bowl for quick cool-down.
